Got an expensive phone with a great camera but never learnt how to use it properly? You’ve come to the right place.

At our first ever Learn Something New session, photographer Daniel Njegich will teach you how to take photos like a pro and make the best use of your smartphone.

What you will learn:
– The best camera is the one you have with you
– Effective composition & recognition of good lighting
– Camera & post production Apps (incl. photo sharing)
– How to shoot fantastic social media images
– Shooting landscapes, street scenes, portraits, selfies. products, food and drink, abstract, architecture
– Photo walk & edit

The class runs for 1.5 hours and is FREE for you to attend. Just bring your smartphone or camera and a notepad and pen if you would like to take notes. Will take place out the front of Woolworths.

Daniel Njegich is a high school teacher at John Curtin College of the Arts in the Gifted & Talented Media program where he teaches Film, Photography & Design. He recently won the 2018 SunStudios Emerging Photographer Award, which is one of the biggest photography awards in Australia.
